Reshoot & Revision Policy

At FN Media House, I strive to deliver high-quality product photography that aligns with your brand vision. I understand that sometimes adjustments may be needed, so I offer the following reshoot policy:

One Complimentary Reshoot:
Clients are entitled to one free reshoot if requested within 14 business days of receiving their gallery, provided that no images have been downloaded. If the request is outside the scope of the original project (e.g., new styling, additional props, or a different creative direction), additional fees may apply.

Requests After 14 Business Days:
Reshoot requests made after 14 business days will incur a fee of $35 per hour.

Corrections Due to Missed Brief Details:
If I fail to execute something that was clearly outlined and approved in the project brief, I will correct the issue at no additional cost.

Additional Considerations:
Any changes beyond minor adjustments (such as new styling concepts or additional product variations) may incur additional fees. Reshoots are subject to my availability and may require additional turnaround time. Clients are responsible for return shipping fees if products need to be sent back for reshooting.
